Member prices are available to ACM members, IEEE members, and OGF members. Please have your membership number ready to enter during registration.

Cancellation Policy: “Full-Week” registration cancellations are subject to a 75 € fee. “One Day” and “Student” registration cancellations are subject to a 50 € fee.

Full Week and Student registration includes meeting materials, admittance to any published OGF30/Grid2010 sessions, admittance to the evening reception, am/pm coffee breaks and lunch each day.

One Day registration includes am/pm coffee breaks, lunch, meeting materials and admittance to any published OGF30/Grid2010 session on the respective registration day.

Grid2010 will be held at the Thon Hotel Brussels City Centre in downtown Brussels, Belgium.

We have negotiated a room rate of € 110 per night for a single room (including breakfast), which is available here at the Thon web site.

Visa Information

A visa is required for citizens of countries that do not have visa-exemption agreements with Belgium.
